During the summer I watched a movie that was based on this play..Incendies (scorched in french) and I looked for the script everryyywhere. It wasn't being distributed at the time I was searching for it..but within a month Amazon had it for me. Not even the book publishing company had it. I am so pleased, and it's a beautiful story. A mother dies, and in her will she tells her children to search for their father and half-brother that they didn't know existed. They travel through her past searching for answers..and it has an amazing twist at the end. It's a play, so it's a quick read! It really is perfect.Product details

Had to read for class but ended up enjoying it immensely. Wonderful reworking of Oedipus Rex. Took me no longer than an hour to read through it.
